About Our Governors
.
Pat Williams
I am a long-standing member of staff at Lawn Primary School, and been employed here since 2002, having previously worked in other local Primary Schools since 1995.
My role as Welfare Manager and DSL is both challenging and rewarding, every day is different, but I love the relationships I have built with my families.
I also represent the School as a Staff /SEN Governor. SEN has always been my particular area of interest, having seen many changes over the years, I remain passionate about supporting this area of School life.
It is a privilege to be part of an amazing school as an employee and Governor and look forward to continuing to see the school moving forward with new innovations.
Staff Governor/SEN Governor
Helen Moss
I have been teaching for 14 years, just over 10 of which were at Lawn. I was a class teacher at first, then trained to be the SENCO, followed by training in Thrive and becoming the Thrive Manager. I worked directly with the children, supporting them with their emotional, social and well-being needs. I feel passionately that children need to feel happy, safe and believe in themselves, in order to engage with their learning and work to their full potential. I became a Staff Governor in 2020 and ensure this is happening throughout the school.
My hobbies include dancing, eating out, watching films, photography and walking in nature.
