I am sure you are by now aware that we have moved onto a new parent/school communications system, School Gateway. Many of you have already downloaded the App but there are still quite a few parents who have not yet done so. Don’t worry, we can still contact you by email or text but having the App on your phone puts all communications from us in one handy place and you can also respond to messages directly from your phone.
With the current ongoing Covid situation, we have also moved all our payments online and you will start receiving “payment requests” for any outstanding balances due. This will include Breakfast and After school clubs, school lunches, uniform, trips, etc. Using the App, you can see your outstanding balances for school lunches or trips without having to contact the school and you can top up your lunch balance at any time.
If you do not have a smart phone/device, payments can be made via a PC using the internet or you can ask the office to print you a voucher which you can take to any store that has a “PayPoint” machine to pay for your items.
